Olive, first save the picture on your computer. Then just above where you type a new post to your blog, there's a tool bar. In in you can pick the style font you want, the size and so forth. On that toolbar there's an icon that looks like a tiny picture of a mountain. That's the add picture icon. Click it and a new window will appear. In the new window click browse at the top left hand side. Go to the folder where you saved the picture and select the picture. Below the browse button you can pick whether you want the picture on the left of your typing, in the center or on the right and you can pick if you want the picture to be small, medium or large. Do all that and click upload image.

Oh that's cool, but it doesn't look like the tree in the previous picture...
do you have more than one tree in your house? Or are you ashamed of your tree, and trying to pass this one off as your own?
