I've heard of walking ON a cloud, but never UNDER a cloud. Here's a concept umbrella that inflates into little billowy cloud-like pillows to protect you from the rain. Doesn't look like it would provide much protection - and what if there's wind too? Does it stay neatly over your head protecting that hairstyle you spent 45 minutes on that morning? I wanna know!
