I love ice cream, but I've been thinking for a while now, it's time to update the "scoop!" Don't you agree? Aren't you sick of boring, old round scoops of ice cream? Aunt Hannah's Banana Bread

My Grandma's Sister, Hannah, made some fabulous banana bread.

And I made it tonight.

Hannah Pryor's Banana Bread

Cream together:
1 stick butter
1 & 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs

Mix together:
2 & 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt (skimpy)

Mix flour and butter mixtures together and add
1/2 cup milk
3 large bananas
Add nuts, if desired

Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 60 minutes
test with a toothpick but don't overbake
